Who We Are
We are based in Bingley, West Yorkshire and run twice a week. We meet at 6.30pm on Mondays and Thursdays every week all year round. We have different groups for different abilities and also run speed and hills sessions.
All our leaders UK Athletics qualified including basic first aid and safeguarding.
We are all about inclusion, all runs are free of charge, we accept all paces from new to running through to marathon runners and never leave anyone behind.
