Most women juggle may plates, work, family, parents and often find it difficult to commit each week time for themselves. At the Falcons we understand that, so there’s no problem with women attending when they can, and if family emergencies or work commitments means you drop from a session at the last minute then that’s ok . Someone will contact you later in the week to see if everything is ok.
Some women are on their own and it’s so easy to become isolated, at Falcons we encourage these to come each week, giving them club roles to include them, and of course we are famous for our socials and trips away.
Football is at the core of the club, but we don’t look at A teams and B teams, Falcons are a Club..and we want to improve everyone and have a confident squad…if ladies don’t want to play competitively that’s also fine, just come along for the friendship and fun. There’s always someone on the WhatsApp group you can chat with should you need to.
I am the Chair but this club is the sum of the women and I am so proud of each and ever one of them ❤
