Located on the Isle of Dogs in East London, between Canary Wharf and Greenwich, we have strong men’s and women’s rugby platforms that cater to all levels, as well as an engaging youth programme. Inclusive and international, Millwall RFC is proud to host a vibrant social side. Our warm and welcoming Clubhouse nestled under the arches near Island Garden DLR station is just the spot to meet other rugby-minded folk.

Our women’s team, Millwall Venus team compete in the Women’s NC 3 South East (East) league.

18+. All playing levels welcome.
– Wear mouldies or trainers and please bring a filled water bottle.
 
For The Diary – S2025/26
Training is held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00pm on Millwall Park.
Matches are played on Sunday afternoons.
